Included in a $17 or $26 monthly membership:
* Legal consultation on an unlimited number of issues for questions about ANYTHING you may have, or just for general counsel or advice - which brings total peace of mind. Think about this. You can call a team of expert attorneys and ask them anything you want to. This is very powerful.
* Letters sent for you - In the event you have any type of issue with an individual or any type business or organization, the attorneys will send a letter or make a phone call on your behalf (to the party in question), which almost always gets you your desired result. The other party usually won't hire an attorney to fight you.
* An unlimited number of contract and document reviews of up to 10 pages each. There are countless times we sign and agree to documents, leases and contracts (online or offline), that we can simply have our attorneys read for us, to see if there are any hidden surprises. Isn't it better to be safe than sorry?
* Create a will for FREE - If you don't yet have a will prepared to take care of your family in the event of your departure, you can have the attorneys prepare one for you as part of your membership (which usually costs anywhere from $300 up to $1000, depending on where you live). If you DO have a will prepared, you can have it updated once a year as part of your membership (attorneys usually charge $150-$250 per hour). This is all included in your membership.
* Motor vehicle services - If you or one of your family members living with you or at college get a speeding ticket, you'll now have legal representation. What does this mean to you? Well, most people simply plead guilty to the charge and pay the fine (costing $150 and up), which creates points on your record, sending your insurance premium up. NOW - you'll have an attorney who will go to court and represent you or your family member on the court date (so you don't have to leave work or home). The attorney almost always has the violation reduced (if not completely, to a lesser charge), eliminating or reducing the fine and the points that would go on your record - usually keeping insurance rates unaffected, saving you hundreds or thousands of dollars per year.
* Legal Shield - If you or your family member living with you are ever detained by law enforcement (no matter what time of day or night it is), your attorney is just a phone call away, giving you and your family 24 hour/7 days a week protection. You simply show the law enforcement officer your ID card and they'll let the call take place. If the arrest or detainment is unsubstantiated or not warranted, the attorney will talk to the officer, and you or your family member will most likely not be arrested or detained any longer. This area of coverage is available in many states, but not all.
* Trial defense services - In the event that you are taken to court, or need to take someone to court, you will be covered with our pretrial and trial hours. This applies for most services, but does have some exceptions such as divorce, bankruptcy and child custody cases. Our expanded family plan (where available) has better coverage on this area than the standard family plan.
* IRS audit legal services - In the event that you should get that dreaded notice from the IRS, you'll now have consultation hours with a tax attorney, so you can be fully prepared with everything you need for this procedure.
